No multiple calls and emails, no endless minutes on hold with corporate to dissect the layers of management to deflect me at every turn. I was confused!!
I was not comfortable with that and expressed my concerns to the manager Dennis.
This experience has created a relationship, which should be all dealerships goal, and not just a banner...
This was not the case at this dealership, and after thinking about it, I felt strongly enough to write what honestly might be my 8th review of my lifetime online.
I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of dealerships, period.... in my opinion, in recent history of all dealerships, the trend is clearly leaning towards promising the most before you sign, and delivering the least after.
one week later, I recd a call to arrange delivery. Didn't want them to make a special trip ( it's an almost 2hr round trip) so we agreed to a date when they would be out my way( customers need to be reasonable too!)

Salesman was kind and easy to work with...
The purchase was made on 12/16. Obviously, because of the time of year, it was parked in our barn till 2/18... before it was discovered that a mechanical issue in the transmission needed attention. At the time this machine had 2.7 hrs on it, and the issue might have jeopardized the ultimate lifespan of the trans.
I recently purchased a subcompact tractor from Atlantic Tractor in New Market MD, after comparing prices from several competitors across a few different states ( and after having used them for service related issues on my old LT180) I decided to go ahead with it as their pricing was very competitive and more importantly to me, I wanted to continue a relationship with one dealer, with the hope that commitment and consistency on both our ends would make future dealings easier...
After some reasonable discussions on both our parts, Dennis initiated the idea ( which quite honestly was the only thing I was thinking) "we want to make you happy, if we have to provide you with a new tractor to do it, then that's what will do.....
